Deleting your account

You can delete your НЕСОЛО account at any time — in the app or through support.

In the app

1. Open “Profile” — in Telegram, on the website or in the mobile app.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap “Delete account”.
3. Confirm. You are signed out on all devices at once.

Without the app

Write to support and say how you signed in (Telegram or a Google email). We will delete the account and reply to you.

What is deleted

• your profile: name, age, city, interests, location, photos;
• the link with Google and Telegram, every sign-in session;
• the activities you organise (people going to the upcoming ones are told they are cancelled);
• your places and requests in other people's activities, your city chats;
• your messages in chats — text, photos, voice messages, stickers and reactions;
• the reviews you wrote, your reports and blocks;
• your subscription: renewal stops and the saved card is unlinked;
• the statistics of your visits and actions in the app.

What is kept

• payment records — without any link to the account, because the law requires them;
• if the administrators had blocked the account — an irreversible hash of its sign-in data, so that the block cannot be bypassed by signing up again.

Deletion cannot be undone: the account and its data cannot be restored.
