Child safety standards

НЕСОЛО is a service for adults (18+). We do not allow children to use the service, and we do not allow any content or behaviour related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

What is prohibited

• Any images, videos, texts or voice messages that sexualise minors.
• Attempts to befriend, message or meet a minor for a sexual purpose (grooming), extortion, blackmail.
• Posting, forwarding or requesting such material, or links to it.
• Signing up or using the service under the age of 18; giving a knowingly false age.

How to report a violation

• In the app: a person's profile → “Report”; a chat message → “Report”. Choose the reason “Child safety”. You can block the person at once.
• Write to support (contacts below).

Only moderators see reports; the reported person is not told.

What we do

• Moderators review every report; reports with the reason “Child safety” come first.
• Violating content is removed and the account is blocked without warning and without the possibility of restoring it; signing up again with the same sign-in data is blocked too.
• We comply with applicable child protection laws.
